This is an authentic Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork, stir-fried with bell peppers, onions and fresh pineapple. It is a pleasing dish for all ages, with crispy and crunchy fried pork pieces with flavoursome sweet and sour sauce, the sweetness and tart flavours complemented the dish perfectly.

A lightly seared fish was placed whole in the Shark Fin Soup and cooked in front of the diners. The meat of the fish was so delicate and fresh, while the Shark Fin Soup was very rich in taste. This is an Awarded Signature Dish, steam with red dates, wolf berries and preserved vegetables. The chicken pieces were steamed in a copper plate and covered with an aluminium foil, the chicken was juicy and tender, and it smelled fragrant.
