山下菓子喺旺角開左4年，以唔同嘅卡通精品同可愛裝飾去吸引唔少迪士尼嘅小粉絲💗 佢地主打西日式嘅fusion菜，由主食到甜品，甚至飲品都好有特色😉 佢地會唔定時咁轉主題，而由29/6起就係我小學至愛嘅Chip&Dale🐿 餐廳裡面以Tiffany Blue為主色，仲貼左啲Chip&Dale嘅牆紙，睇得出佢地花左唔少心思設計👍🏼 除左出面嘅手信，每人只要達到特定最低消費就可以獲得期間肯定精美嘅小禮品添😲 This restaurant is known for their frequent collab with Disney and cute dishes. Prawn Cheese Spaghetti
呢道菜無論係大人定細路都一定鍾意，意粉煮得啱啱好，達到Al Dente嘅口感🤌🏼 上面舖左三隻鮮甜嘅大蝦，肉質結實彈牙🦐 濃稠嘅番茄醬裡面保留左啲鮮番茄碎🍅 仲加左半溶嘅莫札瑞拉芝士同帕馬森碎🧀 層層味道同口感交織令意粉變得更酸甜可口😋
The spaghetti was cooked till al dente, with three plump shrimps lying on top. The thick pasta sauce was very tomatoey, with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese embedded within.

蛋包飯係日式洋食嘅代表之一🇯🇵 佢地用咗和牛肉絞成嘅大肉丸牛味香濃🐮 外皮煎得微焦，可以鎖住中間嘅肉汁💦 旁邊鬆軟香滑嘅炒蛋配埋日式咖哩獨有嘅香甜氣味簡直係絕配，同白飯一齊食別有一番滋味😚
The burger was made with Wagyu mince, which was very beefy and juicy. The smooth and creamy fried egg went well with the sweet Japanese curry.

French Toast with Fresh Fruit
有別於一般嘅多士，佢地選擇左用法包🥖 所以口感分為三種層次，充分浸潤喺蛋奶液中嘅部份有啲似布丁，入口即溶🤤 邊緣位有返啲嚼勁，而麵包皮就好酥脆，口感豐富🤩 將糖漿淋上去之後每啖都散發著甜蜜嘅蛋香，配埋鮮果食有助解膩🫐
Baguette slices were used instead of white bread, therefore providing a special texture. The part where most the batter has sunk into was super fluffy, where the outer bits had more of a chew. It was very eggy and creamy, and the fruits helped to freshen up your palette.

Green Tea & Cheese Milk Cap
奶蓋佔飲品五分一，芝士比例足夠，濃郁嘅鹹香味同清香嘅茶底做成強烈對比😉 奶蓋打得好棉潤，將佢攪勻後飲落去會更絲滑🥛
The thick layer of milk cap was velvety and had a rich cheese flavour. The savouriness created a nice contrast with the slightly bitter tea.
