中午12點來到Eden Rose，我是第一位客人，看著下雨的CWB，人來人往，享受這一刻的寧靜。Environment 餐廳比想像的小， 但到午餐的時間也不太多人，sofa椅坐得很舒服，很適合聊天。 ServiceWaiter 好細心，問我要熱水還是要冷水。Food 點餐後送來蕃茄沙沙和toast, 酸酸的，很好吃。午餐包soup/salad, 我的soup 是pumpkin soup， 很濃幾好味。我們點了Carbonara 和烤魚伴薯菜。1. Carbonara （＄78 with set）Carbonara 的cream sauce 不夠濃，意粉不al dente， 期望餐廳會改進。2. 烤魚伴薯菜（＄108 with set）一看烤魚只是看見魚皮, 魚肉很薄，馬鈴薯有點硬。Conclusion I like the cosy environment of the restaurant but there is room for improvement for the main dishes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Happiness is a decision, y
