This is the middle of the month and my savings are almost all gone, I should save up a bit for a better future, so I decided to find some relatively cheaper food for lunch.
They serve pasta, some sandwiches here and they costs about $50 each, reasonably priced in Central I would say. You can also order soup that comes with your pasta for an extra 10 dollars, the soup of THAT day was french onion soup. I didn't feel like having onion soup that day so I didn't order one. (and I'm saving $$$!!! )
I stood there for like 10 minutes to wait for my order, it was a long wait, so i stood there for like 10 minutes for the food, I played with my phone, whatsapped my friends, instagramed and apple-action news-ed, STILL, my food wasn't ready yet.....
I got bored and got hungry... and okay its finally here.
When I checked the pasta, oh dear, its penne.. did I just order penne?
Nevermind... all I saw on the menu was spicy prawns/clams and simply ignored the type of pasta that comes with it. Nobody to blame but 阿文 myself.
The pasta tasted very tomato-ish. Chuncks of spicy tomato paste was visible at the bottom of the bowl. However, I find the spiciniess a bit overwhelming after a while: I-didn't-like-it. The sauce could be a lil' sweeter and it might be better.Some sliced cherry tomatoes n cucumbers were sprinkled on top of the pasta, random?
You can find prawns n clams inside the bowl, but the prawns was a bit too soft.
I was just hoping they could add more herbs to the pasta. 文ie for valueness: I'd pay $42 for this.
Conclusion: ALWAYS.. wead the menu karefollie.. 文(mond).
