好友請我食生日飯,約我在高街等,在高街的街尾一直行向街頭,發現兩邊全都是美式,歐陸式的食肆,原來高街已經成為另一個蘇豪區,充滿異國風情,又有一個可以揾好嘢食嘅好去處。My friend invited me for a birthday meal and we waited on High Street in Kennedy Town. 今晚好友帶我來的是一間意大利餐廳,餐廳座位不多,佈置簡潔而高雅,燈光柔和又浪漫,客人多數是 外籍人士,感覺好像身處在外地,很輕鬆和開心。
平時很少飲酒的我們,今晚也忍不住要飲番杯House Red & White Wine來慶祝一番, 紅酒充滿果香,易於入喉,白酒充滿白提子的清甜,有美酒和美食,So Chill!
We ordered ourselves the house red and white wine to celebrate despite not having a habit of drinking. The red wine is fruity and smooth, while the white wine is crisp and sweet with the the hint of fresh grapes. We are chilling with fine wine and dine.
自家製麵包十分鬆軟,亦有香草的味道,蘸意大利橄欖油已很滋味。
The homemade bread is soft with smells of herbs. It is already delicious with Italian olive oil as dip.
Fried Olives with Spinach & Mozzarella $160~外面炸得很鬆脆,裏面的橄欖蓉除了有橄欖的清香,還有菠菜和Mozzarella cheeze的香濃,好有特色的一道前菜小食。

這是餐廳其中一道Signature菜式,Chittara意粉我以前從未食過,麵質比較粗身,口感爽實而充滿彈性,富有光澤,每一條都沾滿醬汁和小麥的芳香。

This is the restaurant’s signature dish. I have never tried the thicker Chittara spaghetti, but it is tasty with the sauce, also with its own tase of wheat. It also has a firm texture.
自家製醬汁以番紅花調製,獨特的味道加上奶味香濃,非常幼滑和creamy, 很出色! 配以細細隻的甜蝦仔,真是十分美味,令人回味無窮。
The homemade sauce is made by Saffron. It is outstanding with its unique taste, also its creamy and smooth texture. Served with the pasta and shrimps, this dish is worth trying again.
Hunter's Chicken $280~雞的肉質好滑嫩,肉汁豐富,配上蕃茄,蘑菇和橄欖醬汁也非常開胃和惹味。

Its meat is tender and juicy. It is especially appetising when served with tomatoes, mushrooms, and an olive sauce.
Pannacott $120~奶凍口感又嫩又滑,甜度剛好,配上extra vigin橄欖油和九層塔,香氣四溢,提昇了整個奶凍的層次,好好味。
Panna Cotta $120~
It is silky with the appropriate sweetness. It is also topped with extra virgin olive oil and basil. The aroma synergies with the Panna Cotta itself, bringing the dessert into another level. What a lovely dessert to end the meal.
