I was back here for their siu mei! After knowing their story and history behind, I bet you would also love to pay them a visit. The char siu is my favourite 第一刀 “first cut” with some tendon for better chew🤤 Despite the sauce, you could still taste the marinate and the amazing honey glazing. This one just never fails me!

As their name suggested, you should not leave here without trying the roasted goose (my first time too after few visits). The goose was nice with a peanut like sauce. I guess this small plate was just not enough! The roasted pork belly was not bad too. The lai fen was quite chewy which I loved 👍🏼
I guess all their offerings were just nice and you could simply enjoy a siu mei feast as you wish😆
