Time for a break by visiting some places that I missed for a while, definitely a great day today withnice weather at Stanley. Walked alongside the seashore and fulfilled this visit with site seeing and shopping experiences, decided to find a venue to restore our strength.There are several restaurants at the Stanley Waterfront Mart, the setup there is amazingly simple and clean. Enjoyed spending time peeling the jelly coconut meat, soft in texture and with soft sweetness
when the meat was soaked in coconut water.

Fish & Chips
Deep fried fish was coated with crispy crust, fillet were very hot when served and was
accompanied with salad dressing.

Fries were in golden colour, a bit crispy texture. Salad dressing and ketchup were required
for flavour as there was no seasoning for the prepared dish. The portion of fish & chips was
adequate for a light meal.

All seats were occupied during our stay with great social distance.
Service level and food serving time were alright under an extremely busy environment that day.
