生蠔
The "生蠔" (oysters) were served fresh on ice, beautifully presented, and
accompanied by traditional condiments like lemon wedges and mignonette
sauce. The oysters were plump, briny, and tasted as if they had just
been plucked from the sea. They were a true delicacy and paired
wonderfully with a glass of crisp white wine.
