Great dinner starts off with some seafood! White asparagus was a little over cooked, unfortunately. Prawn dish was just average, but it seems a little lack of character. Oyster was tremendously fresh, just tasted superb; however the strong flavor has definitely overwhelmed the other two elements: Toro sashimi and Uni with Tofu.Caviar was served with a innovative way, combining molecular methodology of implementing lychee caviar. With the watermelon, this dish has successfully refreshed my palate

Great dinner continues with meaty
Storm shell clams was cooked to perfection, and it was extraordinary! The best dish among the whole evening.
Pigeon soup, it was good to have some soups after such a perfect clams. Light soup, with a little gamy taste and aroma.
Tiger Prawn was amazingly good, well grilled. Especially the creamy potatoes serving, cooked to perfection. The mussels form on the prawn doesn't do it's magic, it was completely lost.
Tuna cheek was well seasoned and the dramatic presentation does gave the wow factor. However, it just can't hide the fact of a little over cooked.
Main dishes are honestly just average, fish was good; the wagyu tenderloin was a little disappointment, in terms of the texture, was expecting a little more meaty and a little more chewy. Duck was okay.
Dessert was good, I personally quite like the rosemary ice cream.
Not a bad dinner after all, especially the Storm Shell Clams!
