After I have finished my business appointment at Sai Ying Pun, it was already dinner time and while walking along the street, I happened to find a new cafe. Since i was alone tonight, i decided to give it a try. Cheung Sam Cuisine was located at Third Street, around 5 minutes walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR.They offered dinner set as well as ala carte menu for their dinner. They offered dinner set as well as ala carte menu for their dinner. Their dinner set consisted of soup or salad, main course, desserts and drinks.
Peach special - I topped up additional for this drink. It was refreshing cool and sweet, with slight peach taste. There is some peach syrup residing at the bottom.
Cream soup - The soup was creamy and thick in texture, with some potato bits in it. It was served hot and tasty.
Poached egg with spaghetti chilli con carne - The chef was generous with the portion, and when i cut open the poached egg, it came flowing down the pasta. Pasta was very chewy and smooth, and it was flavourful and tasty. Meat bits was chewy and flavourful.
Matcha cake - Matcha cake was served cold, and was sweet. It has slight matcha taste as well.
