I’ve been here a few times but I almost forgot how tasty this place is! We came here for dinner after bowling at my place on a Saturday night and waited for 30 minutes for a table. Walk-ins only here. While waiting, we popped a bottle of Prosecco🍾 outside the busy restaurant under the lively vibe of street al fresco diningFamished, we ordered a bunch of plates to share once seated. Famished, we ordered a bunch of plates to share once seated. Tuna Tartare (HK$120) was very fresh with avocado 🥑 and their house dressing. However, our favorite was Truffle Beef Tartare (HK$ 110) for starters Omg it was absolutely delicious with black truffle sauce and mayo. Very well seasoned and flavorful. Must get!!
For their handmade pasta, we had Tagliolini Truffle (HK$ 180) and Pappardelle Beef Cheek (HK$ 140) which were my personal favorites! Must order!! Pasta of the day with mussels was a delight too! However, could give a pass on Ravioli Carbonara (HK$130) and Pici Cacio e Pepe (HK$ 95) as both were too cheesy, thick and heavy.
Both desserts, Tiramisu (HK$60) and Panna Cotta (HK$ 60) came in a jar and were superb! Must try!
Dinner for 4 (with a bottle of Prosecco) was: HK$1,600
Definitely my favorite causal Italian trattoria for affordable and authentic handmade pasta and bites!! 🍝
