We started our feast with the aromatic and comforting boiled chicken soup with coconut. It was like a warm hug for the soul! 🍲 Then came the showstopper: a platter of grilled eel, suckling pig, and Spanish Iberico pork, all prepared in Chinese BBQ style. The flavors were out of this world! 🤤
Next up, we indulged in the heavenly braised abalone, goose web, and mushroom. The combination of textures and flavors was pure perfection. 🍄 The deep-fried prawns with honey citron sauce were a delightful treat, crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. 😋
We also loved the tender stewed chicken with ginger and shallot. Each bite was like a burst of savory goodness, leaving us craving for more! 🍗 And to end our meal on a sweet note, we savored the double-boiled peach gum with fresh milk and egg white—a dessert that left us feeling utterly satisfied. 🍑🥛
