Environment: 5/5 Dalloyau is beautiful ( I should have taken pictures). It is contemporary with French spirit. Drink - Cappuccino around$70: 3/5 My cappuccino was fine - it couldn't go too wrong anyway. The foam, which I always pay attention to, was thick enough. But the foam wasn't smooth at all. It doesn't worth the price. Service: 1/5One of the waitresses was terribly rude. I waited 10 minutes for my cappuccino and ultimately I found that they did drinks for takeaway, which came later than me

One of the waitresses was terribly rude. I waited 10 minutes for my cappuccino and ultimately I found that they did drinks for takeaway, which came later than me, first. I told her I saw it and then she said, "so what do you expect?". People shopping in/working around Pacific Place are usually not dumb so please do not arrange staffs, who think they are smart enough to fool people here, to work at this shop.
Verdict:
There're a lot of other choices in Pacific Places.
