Story of really bad service....Went there on Wed night around 7.30 p.m. Quite crowded and noisy (sound ventilation not good). After 45 minutes, food had not arrived. Asked the waitress, and we received a rude reply that the kitchen is already working on our order. Waited another 15 minutes, no food yet! Restaurant just kept getting more crowded. Waitresses have no concept of customer comfort, don't reject customers given that restaurant had reached full capacity...more tables set up, situat
Went there on Wed night around 7.30 p.m. Quite crowded and noisy (sound ventilation not good).
After 45 minutes, food had not arrived. Asked the waitress, and we received a rude reply that the kitchen is already working on our order.
Waited another 15 minutes, no food yet!
Restaurant just kept getting more crowded. Waitresses have no concept of customer comfort, don't reject customers given that restaurant had reached full capacity...more tables set up, situated about 5 cm apart. Very rowdy, crowded and no privacy. Almost like a mass workers' canteen. Waitresses unable to handle all the customers, also get increasingly flustered and more disorganised.
Food....when finally came.....not worth even describing the details here! Obviously, the kitchen was unable to cope! A really sorry excuse for food!
Don't go! Be warned! Caveat emptor indeed....
