西苑酒家 (已搬遷) 新店位置

We had dinner at this restaurant last night. We ordered "豉油雞" (1/2 chicken portion). When it's served, the chicken wing (middle section) was missing! We asked the manager and he only said, "it should be there"... (yeah, of course it should be there! but the point is it's not there!!!) and he offer any apology whatsoever. Bad service!
