The Envoy (已結業)

I loved the atmosphere in The Envoy and while it's mainly a bar the menu is also quite innovative and a level up from your regular peanuts or chips and salsa. They have a colonial inspired menu that borrows from India Singapore Malaysia and England to create fusion dishes such as an indo Chinese pani puri, which I'm sure is one of its kind in Hong Kong.
