Wait time: always a line haha. Had to wait outside for 30mins at 1pm…Environment: really packed inside. Typically of this kind of ramen house I guess. I sat at the bar which was nice.Food: amazing Japanese pork bone soup. Noodles are al dente. The pork is thin sliced and very flavorful. The whole combination is just delicious. Service: very nice staff and attentive myPricing: ~$100 , not much to say. This is HK I mean. If in Japan this would be considered super expensive. Recommend: Let’s go
