I really like protein merged with fresh herbs. The fresh lemon grass, giving you the acidic taste, at the same time increasing your appitite.
Cooked in a chargrilled method, while maintaing the juicyness of the chicken. The saffron spice is another star in this dish, interplayed with other herbsand chicken very nicely. More importantly, the dish is paired with this german reisling. The off dry nature with citrus background does match with the dish perfectly
The refreshness from the wine periodically stimulated with the spice from the dish acts like a push-pull mechanism and reached a equlibrium point. I really liked the taste and overall presentation of this dish.
That night wan't busy and therefore you get the waiter's attention most of the time.
