I was first attracted by the hoarding pictured with a big question mark that I passed by every day. And I could not resist bringing frd to this new place. Japanese fine ramen = quite expensive. Japanese fine ramen = quite expensive. We sat along the bar table. It looked like a chic Japanese eatery in regard of decor and staff.

We both had ramen. The bowl was well-presented. At first, both of us looked at one another ... the bowl was not big at the value of HKD100. Anywaz, we picked utensils from the drawer *gotta say that as they were really well-arranged*. The noodles was spongy in texture, and the pork was an unexpected big piece. The soup was of heavy flavour that I could still accept. While my friend claimed the poached egg was really good. Eventually, we were quite full. It was not easy to finish the whole thing.

It was good overall. And it was eye-appealing to watch the chefs cooking
