Sunday brunch and decide to go there with friend to try new branch of this restaurant. We order: burrata hand made (as menu says), rigatoni amatriciana and roasted Italian suckling pig. Before order burrata since we read hand made, we ask waitress if they made here and she says :” actually we made it. Burrata with salad: burrata hand made from them as they said, was 125gr and no taste. Salad was good quality.
Rigatoni amatriciana: unfortunately the rigatoni was room temperature but what was surprise more, found inside rigatoni amatriciana, cherry tomatoes and onion. I think is not the correct recipe as the origin make in Amatrice. Overall the taste was salty.
Roasted Italian suckling pig: It was room temperature as well, and also was chewy, and to make scenario worse even the skin was chewy. One of the best details for the original porchetta is the delicious crunchy skin. Obviously made in Italy.
By the way the restaurant design was excellent and the waitress was friendly. Need improve. Will back again.
