Lasagne is a all-time favourite; but here it’s made up of longganisa which is a filipino sausage, with parmesan cheese, cannelloni pasta (first time seeing that!) Cheesy and tomato-y, definitely up to standard!

This is a rice noodle dish in Filipino style, made with a rich pork and shrimp sauce. The addition of soft shell crab added to the texture of the pasta, and the sauce was pretty unique and rich 👍
