This week we decided to try something German and picked this little delicate restaurant at Tai Kwok Tsui area.Browsing through the menu, we decide to order drinks. The stand out choice for me was the honey pear juice which was fresh and full of flavours, a definite recommended item. Here comes the Serrano Ham Caesar Salad, the ingredients were fresh and it was stuffed with plenty of Ham! The portion was excellent and if you are on a diet, this really could be something for you!
On comes the mains, up first was the Chef Special pasta, in another words, ‘Salmon Pesto Spaghetti’, The texture of the spaghetti was spot on, wonderfully cooked! In terms of flavours, it was rich and could taste all the ingredients used! Bravo Chef!
Finally, the dish of the night, German Tradition Pork Knuckle! Amazing!! Meat were tender with a slight crispy cracking on the skin 🙌. Absolutely Brilliant! This was enough to have 4 person to share and obviously we struggled between the 2 of us!
