Both filled with flavorful minced pork in bursting soup juice. The pan-fried dumplings were crispy on the outside, while xiaolongbao had a thin almost translucent skin.

Packed with briny flavors and umami of Chinese cured ham. Chicken was cooked to the right point and still preserved its meaty taste and texture.

Nice wok hay. Mixed with savory minced meat. Slightly spicy.
◆Sweet Soup w/ Peach Gum, Jujube & Dried Longgan
Served boiling hot. Balanced sweetness. Nourishing peach gum that resembled bird nest.
