It's always nice to have congee once in a while, and I always recommend this place  to my friends. Their congee was always thick and tasty. The one I had was congee with gooey preserved eggs, succulent pork liver, and silky, smooth fish. It's delicious, and it's also nice to add some white pepper.It's common to have rice noodle rolls stuffed with dough sticks to go with congee in Hong Kong. It's common to have rice noodle rolls stuffed with dough sticks to go with congee in Hong Kong. However, this one here was a bit disappointing. It got cold by the time it's served, and the dough stick was mushy. It would be perfect if it's hot and crunchy.
