Went there tonight with the booking for table of 9 (2kids, 3 teens, 3 adults and 1 elderly), at 6:30pm. Not many people there and the env. is OK. After I sat, my father asked for a menu..the waiter bring it immediately....but stand next to me (I was holding the menu) and asked what we wanted.....I told him I just got the menu and would like to have a look first.Ordered about 8 dishes... Ordered about 8 dishes... The fastest one come is "Cha Siu + Siu All". At that time, we order 8 bowls of rice....by the time that most dishes arrived ("Cha Siu + Siu All" was actually finished), the rice wasn't put on our table.. and I asked three of the waiters/waitresses and they said they will follow...
Food is only average and the service is real not to standard.
1. Dirt on the spoon.
2. We took the soup and all the empty bowls are kept on the table. No one seems care about it.
3. The disc are full of the "bones", no one would change it.
4. There were three teapots but as it got empty they took it to refil, but never come back until we asked them.
5. There was an empty seat next to my wife where the waiter could has his way to put the dishes down easily, but he hit my wife in his way without regret / appology.
6. One dish went missing after we finished, when I check with them if it is not in our order list. After a few turns, the reply is "it is there" so we cancelled it and order the bill.
With the price and surcharge that Maxim has...think again if it is not neccessary.
