I am a loyal fans of Outback Steakhouse and was excited to try the high quality of food and services in new branch opened in Olympic City. Unfortunately it is a sad dining experience.I have been queued up for nearly 1 hour for the lunch during weekend. I am a loyal fans of Outback Steakhouse and was excited to try the high quality of food and services in new branch opened in Olympic City. Unfortunately it is a sad dining experience.

I have been queued up for nearly 1 hour for the lunch during weekend. Tables are not fully occupied, there are 1/3 of empty tables available yet receptionist doesn’t allow us entering the restaurant, claiming that the tables are reserved for people make reservation in advance and tables are not ready (while more than 20-30 people are waiting outside). Many feel annoyed chose other restaurants to avoid the long queue. I keep patience, and asking receptionist whether can fasten the turnaround time. Receptionist is impolite and “encourages” me to go other restaurants if can’t wait.


When entering the restaurant, I order my favourite - back ribs as usual.
Fortunately the black bread can maintain its high quality - warm and sweet (lovely), however, the back ribs is 2/3 of the original size though charging normal price as other branches. It looks that part of ribs are chopped by chef / staff....
the staff look furious when I ask why my back rib looks smaller than other tables.

Hope the customer services can be enhanced in this new branch, to keep amazing dining experience to customers.
