The Flying Pan (已結業)

Went there for an all day breakfast and found the staff asleep. After waking up the waitress gave us a menu then sat down a few tables away and began to CUT HER DIRTY TOENAILS for ten minutes while looking at us like this was normal and hygienic behaviour for someone about to handle our food. When we stood up to leave in disgust the waitress just continued casually cutting her toenails all over the chair. I have never seen this level of blatant unhygienic and disgusting restaurant in any restaur
