you may wanna try something more special if you have come all the way, but this can't go wrong and they scored 10/10 for this basic toast!

🍞brioche french toast
this was probably the best looking french toast i've had in my life (yep i've only had cha charn teng looking french toasts before)!!!
they don't just look good, they taste even better!!
egged toast is deep fried to golden (or bronze lol), topped with salted mascarpone, cherries, strawberries and bananas, with lots of cinnamon and syrup drizzled over🍯
both texture and flavours were pretty complex and surprising harmonious - salty/cinnamonie (?)/sweet and creamy/crispy/pillow-soft(bread in the middle)

🐟 earl grey cured salmon on toast
to be very honest with you i can't taste a teeeny bit of earl grey but i don't really care since the flavour is good!
the salmon is raw and salty, a bit like smoked salmon but the saltiness and texture are pretty different. there were 2 huge slices of toast and scrambled egg on the side - super filling!!
if i had to be picky i would say the scrambled egg can be a bit creamier - it tastes quite milky but the texture tells another story

really, it's not about it being good or bad but your personal preferences - the coffee beans they use are far on the sour side of the spectrum which isn't something i prefer, personally.
however, im really digging this kind of simple yet delicate latte art which has defo made my day 😉
