I work round the corner from this small and cozy coffee place. Staff are always very helpful. During the week it gets a mixture of local workers and there only around 4 small tables plus the bar to sit at. I reckon to have been there >50 times. They are always consistent and helpful. One observation is that there is very little difference in taste between the cappuccino and latte. One observation is that there is very little difference in taste between the cappuccino and latte. If you're expecting a traditional Italian cappuccino - frothy with a dusting of chocolate - you will be sorely disappointed.
One thing that stands out is their espresso set. Essentially you get a milky coffee plus a short espresso. You can mix and match between blends and single origin. It's a good deal and it comes on a very smart tasting board.
Coffee wise they are not strong. Even the flat white is more akin to a regular latte. You must ask for strong if you want strong.
Can be busy on weekends.
