Not sure why this restaurant is rated so high in Openrice. Perhaps they pay a lot for PR and marketing. The view is nice but you can definitely choose other similar restaurants nearby.

Extremely Poor Services
The receptionist was talking over her phone when we first arrived. We stood there for around 5 mins but nobody came to serve us.

The managers (3 male) were impolite. Not sure why they always rush to serve rudely even though there were just a few tables of customers.

They charged us more than we should pay. The manager was shocked and immediately disrespectfully questioned us. For the same price we paid, I prefer going to other restaurants with better services.

The "managers" took orders impatiently too. When we asked, They simply said "姐係你要乜啊" "姐係A啦啊嗎". I will only accept this kind of attitude in Cha Chaan Teng but not this so-called Sichuan "Fine-Dining" restaurant.

Untrained waiters and managers
They did not explain menu and the waiters were not familiar with the dishes.

Food quality
The food is just so-so. There are many better restaurants in TST. Quality is inconsistent.

They served their dishes hurriedly and push us to finish asap even though there were really a few tables of clients.

Overall: 1 out of 5
Dont recommend this "fine-dining" Cha Chaan Teng. Dont understand how the management trains their staff and "managers" in particular.

And i finally understand why this is no longer listed on Michellin anymore.
