The reason for this restaurant having the best Sliced Peking duck in Hong Kong are (i) they peel off all the excess fat from the skin of the duck (ii) the skin stay crispy while warm and still juicy without the fat (iii) they serve with a second dish with duck meat on its own without any charge (even though the price for the Sliced Peking duck alone cost around $800, but consider that having the same dish in Peking Garden Restaurant (北京樓) in Landmark is around $600 plus extra for second dish

Again, nicely grilled chicken!
Can enjoy a big mouth-full of crab meat if that is what you are craving for!

This one seems to be everybody's favourite, though its possible my least, nonetheless, its still a good dish.
