Exceptional Ultimate Beef Burger 🍔 🥩 the beef patty was SUPER juicy and was literally leaking juices everywhere! It was made up of Flat Iron and Prime Chuck. The brioche was as buttery as I expected. Flat iron steak 🥩 was very pocket friendly. This secondary cut was extremely tender, flavourful and perfect for grilling. The cutting and trimming removed internal connective tissues from the whole Top Blade, making this cut a top tender cut!
