Went to this place when it was just opened. However what I couldn’t accept was the attitude of how the staff handled issue and they were trying to find excuses instead of resolving problem. I had been to a few other restaurants (all newly opened)
in the mall but so far this was the worst experience. The Southside shopping mall distributed a brochure with a promotion for this restaurant (which worths a so valuable amount of 4 HKD), so after I ordered the noodle I was checking with the waitress on how to apply the promotion.
While the brochure did not specify any applicable time of the day, the waitress said that was only applicable for dinner and declined to apply it. I reiterated that it was misleading and she asked the manager to come over. The manager was more polite but still just repeating the same explanation in a way as if this was not any of their fault but just to blame the brochure having the misleading information, having no intention to take any responsibility at all. While I don’t really care this massive 4 HKD promotion, I just didn’t think it is the right way of doing business so I told him I would report to the Customs on their misleading information. And only until then he was willing to apply the promotion but still the whole process simply felt so offended.
