Chicken cartilage. The crispy texture was a perfect match to beer.
Somehow I still wanted some rice to feed myself up. And here came the tuna hand roll. Fair amount of tuna covered up all rice at only $38hkd.
The fried eggplant was a must-order dish. Smell good, tasted good and was big enough to share with friends.
