I know this place is famous for Spicy pots with skewers but the lunch menu is also good.During lunch, they serve noodles and rice.There are four broth choices and I was captivated by the spicy soup and the herbal soup.As there were four of us, we had two noodles and two rices.We chose our noodles and toppings with thought.For the herbal one ordered okra, fresh mountain yam and bamboo pith with it.The herbal taste was good especially the donggwai. For the spicy broth, wanted to order the wide purple potato noodles but they were sold out so ordered the black noodles with ducks blood, spam and Sichuan preserved sausages.

The Sichuan preserved sausages are worth trying as you can't really find them in HK.
They are thinner than the HK ones and taste the same.

For the rices, both were annoyingly delicious especially the spam fried rice as the cubes of spam were crispy.

The other rice was different but I like the pork as it was thinly sliced and fried like bacon so it was slightly crispy yet lean with a smoky Sichuan flavour.

Finished with a refreshing soda.
Will be back but deciding what to have is difficult as the ones we picked all taste good.
