It's our third time coming here, came back cos they've got the Falafel burger back! Of course we had to try it and no doubt it wasn't a let down! Just the service was a bit... .... ... They had about 10 staff on the floor (including management staff), all crowding around the bar talking and being quite noisy. Don't get me wrong, they can have fun and all (after all, this is a young quirky place), but all of their backs were to the restaurant, so customers were trying quite hard to get their atte
They had about 10 staff on the floor (including management staff), all crowding around the bar talking and being quite noisy. Don't get me wrong, they can have fun and all (after all, this is a young quirky place), but all of their backs were to the restaurant, so customers were trying quite hard to get their attention. At one point I think this one waiter must have been really bored that as soon as my husband put his fork down he took his plate. My husband then took his fork back from the plate, showing he's still eating the fries that's on the table, but the guy still took his plate. At first, we thought he was gonna get him a fresh plate, but we were wrong, he really just took his plate and left. That was so odd cos I was no where near finished and the fries were placed right in the middle and by my husband picking up his fork again means that he's not done, so why didn't the waiter just leave his plate on the table, like what any normal waiter would do?! Strange!
All in all, the food was good, but the service needs a bit of a polish.
