Just had my first chance of trying this new restaurant which opens up recently in Sai Wan Ho. Despite it's location (no offense), food quality were very good, Sashimi, although it is something comment, quality was very good. We ordered Salmon, Scallop, Sword fish and Hamachi. The overall quality impresses me.The cooked food, to be honest, was not as good as the raw stuff in general. But, there are few dishes that I personally would recommend, the grill whole beef short ribs, the grill ox tongue,
The cooked food, to be honest, was not as good as the raw stuff in general. But, there are few dishes that I personally would recommend, the grill whole beef short ribs, the grill ox tongue, grill hamachi head were all very good. We have also tried the seafood pizza, the assorted tempura and deep fried Oyster. However, the taste was only fair for those. I have not had a chance to try any of the filling stuff as I have already order a whole lot with only 4 people.
Overall, the quality of food is great (esp sashimi), and the price they charge was very reasonable as well (plus they offer 20% off till end of september). I think I will be visiting this restaurant quite a number of times.
