On a Thursday night, 80% full with guests, live saxophone music playing a bit loud but enjoyable.Called and made the reservation, we would like to pre-order the roasted duck but the lady said it will be too much for 2 ladies because it is 2.6 kg duck. However, when we were in the restaurant, we saw the duck is quite small. Sadly we didn't get a chance to have it. Firstly we ordered Avocado Crush which is mixed with matcha, coconut, avocado, and mint. This drink is way too sweet, I didn't touch again it after few tastes. As well we ordered another Mocktail, which is more refreshing side, great for cleaning the taste buds during courses.
2 of us (girls) ordered POSH Duck Spring Roll and Truffle edamame dumpling as starters. For the main, Char Kway Teow and forest honey glazed Chilean seabass.
Posh duck spring roll looks like a cigar, it was stuffed with shredded duck meat, crispy but not greasy, crispy kale decorates as cigar dust, pretty yummy and looks good!
Truffle edamame dumpling is pan fired but it is not crispy. when you have it truffle flavour is very powerful, great for truffle lovers, edamame is mashed liked a paste.
Char Kway Teow comes with a lot of seafood, lovely dish! great with chilli sauce.
forest honey glazed Chilean seabass is full of great flavour, the honey is really light up the fish, and it was very juicy not dry at all, but sadly the skin is not crispy.
I am not amazed, it was nice but expensive.
