Have always liked ramen though haven't been to my fav Sapporo for some time. Was the only patron in the restaurant at 2:15 pm other than a reporter here to do a write-up. On the recommendation of the waiter, ordered the soyu ramen and the half boiled egg.The soyu soup was very very good. Fragrant and tasty without being oily or too salty. The half boiled egg was good too though the taste was not as "eggy" as I would like or have had at other places. I also would prefer it a little runny. What I didn't like was the fact that it came with the bowl of noodle and it was still cold in the middle!
Overall, I think this was a very satisfying meal but difficult to compare with Sapporo as my fav over there is their tongotsu soup. Maybe I will come back and try the miso and see how the stronger tasting soup are. Definitely worth a revisit.
