This bowl was a medley of flavors and textures. The charred cauliflower added a smoky element, while the grilled tempeh provided a hearty and satisfying protein. The fried eggplant was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the frizzled onion added a nice crunch. The whole dish was brought together with a creamy and flavorful tahini sauce that complemented the ingredients perfectly. It was a well-balanced and delicious choice.



Next, I had the Margherita pizza.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the vegan version of this pizza turned out. The Italian tomato base was tangy and rich, and the vegan cheese was quite soft . The fresh basil leaves added a touch of freshness. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite!



I ordered the Fried Cauliflower as a side dish.

The smoked paprika batter gave the cauliflower a lovely smoky flavor, and the cheezy blend added a creamy and savory element. The mixed pickles provided a tangy and refreshing contrast to the richness of the cauliflower.



For dessert, I indulged in the Double Chocolate Walnut Brownie.

This decadent treat was rich and fudgy, with a deep chocolate flavor that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the raw cane sugar. The walnuts added a delightful crunch, and the coconut oil gave it a moist and luscious texture. It was the perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note.


My experience at Treehouse was exceptional. The service was attentive and friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.
