A pretty hidden jp fusion izakayaI never knew theres a resto🤣It was a fri night so everyone’s busy and not really catering🫢- scallop with yuzu dashi, celtuceScallops were fresh but not umami enough🙈the yuzu dashi tgt with celtuce did make it even more refreshing - torotaku🌟🌟Love this combination🤩tuna was super fresh and sweet. The yellow radish gave it an extra crunchiness, and the seaweed for crispiness🤩 (tho the seaweed could be so flavourful that it became overshadowing🙈)- beef boxEverything

Just WAY TOO SWEET and could only taste a tinge of matcha☹️it tasted more like formula powder to me tbh
