🦑 Squid Risotto in Homemade Ink Squid Cream 🍛This black dish may not look tasteful, but after having a bite, I immediately fell in love 🥰 with the squid cream sauce! The squids 🦑 are also very well cooked and I love the chewery texture! 😋
🐠 Pan Fried Sashimi Grade Yellowtail Fillet & Tiger Prawn with Caviar 🍤
This is the highlight of the meal! ⭐️ The fish fillet is so soft and smooth, exactly what a delicious fish would taste like! 🤤 The tiger pawn is also so huge, 👀 I can’t even finish it with several bites!
🦀 Crispy Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Sweet Corn Salsa 🌽
This is also one of my favourites! ❤️ The sweet corn salsa sauce tastes very unique and fits perfectly with the crab cake! 😋
