we decided to go with their signature dishes to give it a try since it’s our first time here. They recommended this grilled pepper with 🌊 sea salts

it tasted very special as we haven’t had anything similar to this before in Hong Kong.

For the second appetizer, we picked the fried ham croquettes! This wow us, very tasty indeed with the blend of creamy mash, cheese and ham! Definitely recommend

the third dish then arrived - egg & ham. They told us to mix the egg up with the mash and ham, a special flavor will then appear. We did it within a second, and this creamy texture arrived in our mouth.

main dish was the grilled chicken, with the sides of potatoes and sweet potatoes. It was perfectly grilled and more on the sweet side, perfect for sweet tooth like myself!
