Horrible service andattitude

Went there on a Saturday evening for a party of two. Order the fried beef flat noodle and fried beef with basil. First off we had to ask three times just for water. The white rice came 5mins before the fried beef and by the time I finished the dish my husband was still waiting for the flat noodle, it has been 30mins since we order. Went there on a Saturday evening for a party of two. Order the fried beef flat noodle and fried beef with basil. First off we had to ask three times just for water. The white rice came 5mins before the fried beef and by the time I finished the dish my husband was still waiting for the flat noodle, it has been 30mins since we order. The table next to us which came after us already had their flat noodle served. When asked about our order the waitress simply said it’s coming and explained that there is a queue of dishes without even without checking on it. It was a clear case of negligence and worse of all they didn’t even care. We waited another 10mins and decided it was enough and asked for the bill. The table next to us is already on their dessert. At no point did the waitress apologize.


It is clear that they don’t care about service. We ended up going getting take away from Wow Charsiu a few streets down at half the price and equally good quality of food.


Word of advice, why patronize a restaurant who doesn’t care for you business? The food does not make up for the lack of care from the staff
