I ordered a pickup order on delivery platform for this tea shop and it said pickup in 55 minutes. We arrived there around 30 minutes early, there and there was noone in line, the employees refused to make it early for us to pick up even though they were just sitting around. I am astounded at the poorness of service at this store. I do not recommend coming to this store at evenings because the staff is so disrespectful and their service is poor.
