Went on 11th May 2024, at 2:15pm.1) At Cashier, I asked for soy milk for my drink (which was stated in the menu) and was told they do not have such options, after questioning more, I was then told they ran out, staff have no idea on what they have available2) Asked a lady staff, for water and I was greeted with an impatient response in Chinese ”咩啊” （what do you want) and was told water is self served as if I knew it was without anyone telling me!Ridiculous service here. Staff are just rude, unha
