為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

There are not many good restaurants in this area so I was surprised this new restaurant turned out delicious.I was on my way to Saizeyria when I discovered this.The decor and style was too goo for this area but then the food is pricier than other restaurants in the area.The dinner menu seems small but the variety was good.I settled for the Typhoon shelter noodles which looked deadly spicy and heavily flavoured when it came.It was surprisingly tasty but not too salty and it was oily but the oil w

I was on my way to Saizeyria when I discovered this.

It was surprisingly tasty but not too salty and it was oily but the oil was fresh.
The noodles were packed with fishball slices, prawns, squid and strangely there were bits of scrambled egg in it.
As I was quite impressed by the food, I went back another night and had the Thai sizzlier with beef and ducks blood which turned out looking pale but the taste was surprisingly flavourful and tastes exactly like chopsuey/chopchoy in UK.
Hopefully, it will still be good in a months time!
