A while ago was given these cookies from a foodie friend.Isabelle is quite popular in Hong Kong and each box is conveniently wrapped for giving away as gifts.The contents inside:There were a good assortment of cookies inside but my favourite was the Taiwanese style shortcake.It was slightly chewy in a lovely butter shortcrust and it was not too sweet.
