Iced coffee and mixed coffee and tea were smooth and milky, with strong tea and coffee taste.
Chaoshan steamed vermicelli roll - Their version is bigger and thicker than Hong Kong version. Roll was steamed till soft and smooth, with plenty of fillings inside. It consisted of minced beef, egg, vegetables and mushroom. It was appetizing and fresh in taste.
Fried fish skin was crispy and crunchy, going well with those soup dipped into it.
Chaoshan oyster porridge - Soup was sweet and clear, with no MSG tasted. Rice was chewy and soft, going well with the soup base. The chef was generous with the serving of mini oyster, which was soft and smooth.
We ordered few ingredients, namely fish ball, pig yellow throat, beef ball and pig intestine. Fish ball and beef ball were very chewy and pig intestine and throat were smooth and chewy, juicy as well. Rice noodle was soft and smooth, with the soup clear as well.
Prawn ball and squid ball were hand made, able to taste the freshness. It was chewy, with real meat filling in it.
