Food: Very disappointing. Having been living around the neighborhood, I would say there have been an obvious and drastic decline in the quality of the meat (whether beef, pork or chicken) and the varieties of food served have been reduced. Just POOR quality. The beef, in particular, the main selling point of the entire hot pot, was so thinly cut, yet not tender and lacked any taste of beef at all. We even ordered the Level 4 (US Wagyu Beef), and it is not good, even worse than other chain store’

Service:
Crowded and long wait. Place was stuffy and air-conditioning + venting was inadequate. Servers were obviously understaffed. Waited 10 minutes for the meat to come, at one point, told the assistant manager and he said the kitchen missed the order. How possible when it is computerized. Further, had to wave and struggle to get attention of staff to take away used plates.
Conclusion:
Spent around HK$270 per person, and both the food and service was DISAPPOINTING. I would avoid this chainstore in the future and go for alternatives.
